Durga Puja celebrations in New Delhi concluded with the immersion of idols of Goddess Durga in the Yamuna River.
Despite the ban in place by National Green Tribunal (NGT) on immersion of idols made of non-biodegradable material like Plaster of Paris, or plastic in the river, this year — like many before — was no different, sadly.
