— Matt Hardy recently noted that his lower back and pelvis have started to fuse together due to the style of his wrestling he has adopted over the years. He also posted the following on Twitter, which some took as a retirement/thank you note, however, he is not retiring and is going to be undergoing a new rehab program that he hopes will help. Hardy is in moderate pain and probably tweeted this to show that he won’t be wrestling forever:
“To all that supported me in the independents & OMEGA.. To the fans of Team Xtreme.. To the Mattitude Followers.. To the OUTSPOKEN fans who brought me back in 2005.. To the people who backed me when I was REINCARNATED in pro wrestling.. To the #WOKEN Warriors.. THANK YOU.”
— Corey Graves posted the following message on Instagram and Twitter, which seems to strongly hint that he will either be stopping his activity on social media or cutting it back drastically.
Unfortunately, social media has become a very toxic place. People don’t know where to draw the line.
It’s become more exhausting than productive to me. Some things in life are more important than “likes” and “followers.”
