D-Lo Brown defeated Charlie Haas after a frog splash. WWE.com announced that D-Lo Brown had been signed to a new contract on June 5, 2008.
— Celebrity news site TMZ.com is strongly suggesting that ECW Champion Mark Henry’s title win this past weekend was a reward for being on the receiving end of racist comments by WWE writer Michael Hayes back in March. Hayes was suspended for 60 days after getting into a confrontation with Mark Henry at a company party and telling Henry, “I’m more of a n***** than you are”. TMZ posted a poll asking readers if they think race was a factor in Henry getting the ECW title. With over 3,400 votes in already, 71% said yes.
