After making his first televised WWE appearance of 2020 during last night’s WWE Raw, Matt Hardy has teased that there might not be many more left.

Hardy competed in singles action last night as he went one-on-one with Erick Rowan, becoming the latest victim of the squash defeat from the man with the cage. Many fans quickly took to social media to voice their displeasure for the way WWE booked Matt, including WWE Hall Of Famer, Mick Foley.

Not crazy about seeing Matt in such a lopsided loss.

Matt himself then took to Twitter to bring some question marks of his future, thanking fans for getting him trending and admitting that “at this rate there won’t be many more.”

His WWE contract comes to an end in March, and Hardy has continuously been teasing that his future is unclear at the moment.

WOW! Thanks for all the love & support from around the world.

I’m trending #17 worldwide because of my @WWE slump & string of #RAW TV losses.

Hope you’re enjoying my #WWE TV appearances.. At this rate there won’t be many more. pic.twitter.com/2OoxiLdIEh
