Chris Jericho recently responded to a post regarding Lio Rush’s comments in regards to carrying a veterans bags around the locker room.
Jericho responded to a fan who questioned that a “big star” shouldn’t ask young wrestlers to carry their bags in the first place.
Jericho responded by saying, “Key statement there is ‘if I was a big Star in the WWE’. You’re not, so u don’t know the respect and dedication you need to make it in WWE. I never once ‘made’ a young guy carry my bags. But I was shown respect every day. To disrespect the vets in any way is taboo in our biz.”
This makes Jericho the second legend who has called out and gone against what Rush has said, with Mark Henry also discussing the importance of respecting legends.
