Seth Rollins, Elias & More Confirmed For WWE Royal Rumble Match; More Than Half The Field Has Now Been Announced

Both Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins have been confirmed for the upcoming 30-Man Royal Rumble match, set to take place in Phoenix, AX on Sunday, Jan. 27th. The announcement comes on the heels of their Last Man Standing match that headlined Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, ending in interference from Bobby Lashley.

Elias, Baron Corbin, Jinder Mahal and Apollo Crews have all been confirmed for the Rumble match on the Raw side of things. And as previously reported, John Cena will be competing in this year’s bout, bringing the total of announced competitors to 16 so far.
