“It was an incredible game, with a lot of spectacle. That’s the kind of game the fans need. I think we deserved to win, we played very well. Even when we conceded the goals, I felt that the team had a lot of ambition in the game. We scored four goals, we could have scored more.”

“We made mistakes, but the important thing was how we reacted. I feel a lot of confidence in the team. It’s not easy to play against Monaco. A team without character would have been in trouble when they took the lead, but all the players kept believing that we could win, we showed a lot of personality, I am very proud of them. For me, it’s not important who scores, what’s important is to create chances and we do it every game. The substitutes brought a lot, like in the last games against Lens and Strasbourg and that’s very important for the team.”
