Premier League side Watford have joined AS Monaco in the race for Bordeaux attacker François Kamano, according to France Football.

The Guinea international has been the subject of a €13m bid from the Principality side, which has been rebuffed by Les Girondins who value their attacker at between €20m and €25m.

Kamano, who has scored 8 goals in Ligue 1 so far this season, is also interested in a move to the Premier League.

Watford are readying a €15m + €2m bid for the 22-year-old, and the website version of the magazine claims that its submission appears imminent. Furthermore, if Watford fail to land Kamano, France Football claim that they will go after EA Guingamp striker Marcus Thuram.
