Deepak Chahar wants the Chennai Super Kings to lift a fifth title as they prep for a 10th IPL final this Sunday. To motivate his teammates, CSK’s new ball bowler has been doing using the prize money for the ongoing IPL seasons as a factor.
“I tell Pathirana, we’ll get __ crore rupees in Sri Lankan currency if we win. To Conway, I converted it in New Zealand dollar (3.8 million),” Chahar told on JioCinema post Chennai’s 15-run win against Gujarat Titans in the Qualifier 1 in Chennai on Tuesday.
Chahar would star with the ball, nabbing two wickets that included the all important dismissal of in-form Shubman Gill, to inspire CSK’s defence of 173 after being put in to bat first.
