QGM GROUP New Milestone! Sino-Indian Joint Venture Formally Established

December 17,QGM&ZENITH and India Apollo completed all the agreements signed, formally established the joint venture and the new company is located in Ahmedabad,Gujarat, Gandhi and Moody's hometown, which is another great milestone of QGM GROUP global strategy, after joining hands with Germany Sommer company in Jul,committed to promote prefabricated assembly-type building technology.

 

Apollo is one ofthe fastest growing concrete construction equipment manufacturers in India,whose products include concrete mixing plants, concrete pavers, transit mixers,pipe making machine and block making machines. The newly formed joint venture will devote to promote the development, manufacture and sales of concrete block equipment and precast concrete technology in India and South Asia. New factory covers an area of 78 acres, with 256 employees and 46 processing equipment to meet the booming local market demand.In addition, Apollo has 22 offices distributed in the whole country. Localized production combined with efficient aftermarket feedback and accessories supply will provide better service to customers in India and South Asia.

 

India has apopulation of over 1.3 billion. Since 1998, its annual economic growth rate has exceeded 6.5%. It is the world's emerging market after China with tremendous growth potential and market prospects. In 1977. German ZENITH exported the first equipment to India. And now together with QGM, has left a deep footprint in the Indian market and serves a number of key groups in India and state enterprises such as Godrej, L&T, Royal Tile, Nanu, etc. So far in Gujarat, there are ZENTIH machines in service for 40 years still creating value for customers.

 

The establishment of the joint venture company means is an important strategic milestone in QGM GROUP’s global market layout. As an important cooperator in the "Belt and Road Initiative," the new company will greatly enhance QGM&ZENITH position in South Asia and increase its market share. So far, QGM GROUP possesses 3 manufacturing bases in the word, respectively in China, Germany and India covering all the concrete machine series.

 

 

At EXCON 2017 , exhibition in Bangalore, India just finished, the newly formed joint venture showcased the new ZN400 and ZN600 manufactured in India, which received great acceptance by the market. ZN400 and ZN600 are specially designed by German ZENITH, according to local market demand and Indian material characteristics. Up to now, all the first batch of machines have been sold out.
